Keep Jotform as your source of shipment updates. Enable private customer access one package at a time.
1. Connect Jotform
Enter a read-only Jotform API key directly here. Never send it in chat.
Create it under Jotform → My Account → API. Choose Read Access. This portal reads only your internal package form.
The key is encrypted on the server and never returned to your browser. This setup screen is for the owner only.
2. Import package numbers
Import new packages after recording them in Jotform. Existing access codes are preserved. Customer lookups then read the latest status from the matching Jotform record.
3. Issue a private access code
Share the package number, code, and customer portal link directly with the recipient. Replacing a code invalidates the previous one. Disable access when needed.
No automatic emails are sent. Keep this Site private until connection and lookup tests pass and customer access is enabled.
